Email support@salesight.app with your store’s myshopify.com address and a link to the page you are asking about. We reply within 2 business days.

Set up

1. Install Sale Sight from the Shopify App Store.
2. Open Sale Sight in your Shopify admin and wait for the first discount sync to finish.
3. In your theme editor, open App embeds and turn on Sale Sight.
4. In Sale Sight settings, choose your theme preset, or enter your theme’s product and collection price selectors.
5. Open a discounted product or collection page and confirm the original price is crossed out next to the sale price.

Which discounts are shown

• Active basic percentage automatic discounts
• With no minimum purchase requirement
• Available to all customers
• Targeting products, collections, or all products

Discount codes, minimum purchase rules, and customer-specific discounts are not shown.

Common questions

A price isn’t changing. Check that the discount is active and meets the rules above, that the app embed is on, and that the sync has finished. If your theme isn’t covered by a preset, your price selectors may need adjusting. Email us and we will help.

A product already on sale shows its usual sale price. That is expected. Variants with a compare-at price keep their existing sale price so they are never discounted twice.

I ended a discount. Prices return to normal on their own after the next sync. You do not need to edit products.

How do I cancel? Uninstall Sale Sight from your Shopify admin. Billing stops through Shopify, and your theme returns to its regular prices.
